Selling HDB Changed Chan's Life

We hear about the BTO lottery, but what about the hunt for a specific address? This is the story of how I met Ian and how he renewed my passion for the hunt.
Meet Ian
Ian, accompanied by his wife, and their little cute daughter had viewed my seller's unit in Sengkang West Way.
However, after the initial viewing, Ian decided to look at other units available units in the area. Unfortunately, by the time he came back to my seller's unit, the unit was already sold.
Ian and I kept in touch after the incident and through our follow-up conversations, I learned that he had canvassed the area himself. Ian having exhausted his own resources decided to partner with me to serve his family for their purchase.
3 Specific HDB Blocks
Ian wishes to stay near his sister and so provided me with 3 specific blocks that he wanted. We looked through online listings and resources but were unable to find a unit to his requirements.
Not one to give up without a fight, I surprised Ian by designing and distributing 300 flyers myself, door-to-door this morning.
I was so happy to be able to do something extra for my buyer — in hopes to find him a home he'd love. I texted him "Hi Ian, I hope I will be able to find a nice home for your cute daughter".
Ian was so appreciative of my efforts that he kept thanking me for my relentless help. After all, there are things that money can't buy.
At the end of the day, our principle in Real Estate is to help people with their most prized asset - their home.
While we have yet found the place Ian and his family would call home, I'd like to thank Ian for helping me reignite the passion of fighting for our clients!
